Hall Air Conditioning

Owner and Operator Ken Rich has been associated with Hall Air Conditioning for 27 years. Every employee hired by Rich is given a copy of the company’s Ethic Guidelines. Those guidelines talk about the 3R’s; the first R is respect for customers and co-workers, not to mention company equipment and the environment. The second R is responsibility to provide high-quality service. The third R is for Results, because employees are expected to get results legally and morally by being ethical.

The ground work with employees obviously pays off with customers, “Thanks so much for coming so quickly to service my heating unit. You proved to be every thing I’ve ever heard about you – excellent service. Randy and Don were very courteous and friendly, excellent reps for your company.” Another customer said, “As to Wes and John, they worked so hard, did a beautiful job, and didn’t waste any time doing it. They are two very fine guys who wanted me to be pleased with their work and I, of course, was.”

We, however, were pleasantly surprised to find our first remodeling project went efficiently and smoothly when we hired John and Paula Beall as our contractors.”
Quality Heating and Cooling
4413 Sayles Blvd. Quality Heating and Cooling has been owned and operated by Fred Bilbo, since June of 2000. The employee that nominated the company had this to say about her boss, “Fred Bilbo has more integrity in his little finger than you can find in a mall full of people today. If he say’s he’ll do something, he makes sure it gets done, to the best of his ability. He has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, something you rarely find in this day and age. When he says, it’s fixed right or its free, he really means it and honors it.”

The company puts quality first; not just a good name for a company; not just a goal or a standard to achieve but a way of life. The company is built around a group of people that believe that quality is not just their job, but their way of life. Here’s what a customer said about the company, “I have had a lot of work performed over the years by Quality Heating and Cooling. Every technician that I have dealt with has been extremely courteous, knowledgeable, honest, efficient and hard working. They answer you questions with straight answers and they perform the highest quality work on the service they perform.”
