Glyn Ann and Chip Townsend are the owners and operators of Team Chip Tae Kwon Do Centers. They fulfilled a dream when they purchased the martial arts school in 1995. Since then the company has grown 600% with 300 students and three locations.
The Townsend’s operate their business following the tenants of Tae Kwon Do that they in turn teach their students – courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. They feel the true nature of their business is instilling the qualities of leadership, self-confidence and determination into their students and operating their business in such a way that they are living what they teach.

XStream Auto Clean tries to be more than just a car wash. Their overall guiding principal is simply to always to the right thing whether it is with their customers, their employees, their community, their environment or their industry. The company has adopted the workplace management system known as “Fish”. It was created by the employees of a fish market in Seattle Washington. There are four concepts: play, be there, choose your attitude and make someone’s day.
The company prides its self in using the latest technology in the reuse and recycling of water. XStream Auto clean won the Mayor’s Water conservation Award and the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce Water Smart Award.
