Yes the minimum wage increased but do you have to run out & buy a new wage & hour poster? You may have received your notice from the Texas Labor Law Poster Service, the Better Business Bureau did. Of course the real reason for the mailing is to sell you a $59.50 poster plus $7.75 shipping & handling. Now if you want a fancy laminated all-in-one poster for $67 it's OK, but it’s pretty pricey, especially considering you can get each of the posters free.
